Type of Role: Full-time

Hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Duties Include:

• Evaluate and link families to community resources based on their needs.
• Support individuals in crisis, addressing mental health, trauma, and addiction concerns.
• Share expertise with team members to improve client outcomes.
• Keep detailed and accurate client records.

Compensation: $110,000–$130,000 per year + benefits

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field
• Licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in the state of California
• Proven experience in providing counseling services to a diverse clientele.
