Job Description

  • Assess current needs, business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop, test and deploy solutions, ensuring they meet functional requirements, and provide value.
  • Conduct process mapping and automate workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
  • Develop and maintain data workflows to enhance accuracy, consistency, and accessibility
  • Design and implement integrations between systems using APIs and other technologies.
  • Conduct data mapping and support seamless system migrations with minimal disruption.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and assess hardware and software to provide strategic recommendations for system improvements.

  • Experience with business process improvement and solution design.
  • Proven ability to analyse business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Expertise in producing comprehensive documentation for business systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and automation tools.
  • Comfortable working within project management frameworks on cross-departmental projects.
  • Experience in Google Workspace, Slack, HiBob, Jira, Greenhouse, and Notion.
  • Experience in people analytics
