  • Event Coordination: Organize, manage and attend events, webinars, and meetups tailored to the needs of the German community, providing valuable networking and knowledge-sharing opportunities.

  • Content Curation: Collaborate with the broader team to share relevant industry content, insights, and thought leadership that resonates with the German market.

  • Member Engagement: Foster engagement within the HIGHER Slack community, encouraging discussions, facilitating connections, and highlighting member achievements.

  • Support VP Community: Work closely with the VP Community to align on strategies and initiatives that support the broader community objectives.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in community management, talent acquisition, or recruitment, ideally within the German market.

  • A strong understanding of the Talent Acquisition landscape in Germany, with a network of TA professionals being a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse range of professionals.

  • A passion for building relationships and creating meaningful experiences for community members.

  • Strong organizational skills, with experience in coordinating events or webinars.

  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while collaborating with a larger team.

Compensation:
Competitive salary with opportunities for performance-based incentives.
