Position Overview and Responsibilities

The National Corporate Sales Coordinator will play a vital role as the primary administrative support for the National Corporate Sales team. This position reports directly to the Senior Manager of National Accounts and includes responsibilities across various functions, including project management support for the hotel division. The ideal candidate will be an organized, process-driven individual with strong communication and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects effectively.
We are seeking an organized, process-driven Coordinator to serve as the administrative point of contact for the Corporate Sales National Sales team. The ideal candidate will leverage innovative solutions to optimize billing and collections processes, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, and meeting key deadlines for month-end and year-end close. This successful individual will work closely with multiple teams to support internal software transitions, enhance client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the department.

This is a remote position with 10% potential travel and may require weekend coverage on rare occasions.


What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Sentral Operations teams and clients regarding invoicing oversight, ensuring that billing processes are accurate and efficient.
  • Implement innovative solutions to streamline billing and collections processes, minimizing delays and reducing delinquent accounts.
  • Reconcile client statements, manage outstanding balances, and assist in collections efforts to ensure timely payments.
  • Ensure that month-end and year-end close deadlines are met consistently
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to assist in onboarding new sales platforms, driving revenue opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
  • Participate in upcoming internal account software (CRM) transitions, assisting with the smooth implementation and user adoption.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration and excellent service by communicating effectively with other departments and coordination of special requests, VIP amenities, and other service needs.
  • Manage daily operations and step in during absences to ensure continuity in corporate sales functions
  • Take on additional duties as assigned to contribute to the continued success of the department and overall organization.
  • Audit monthly Revenue and Sales P&L for invoices payment and processing

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in billing, collections, or administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle reconciliations and invoicing with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to implement process improvements to streamline operations and workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, particularly when managing deadlines for multiple projects
  • Experience with CRM systems, accounting software, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Strong teamwork abilities, particularly in working with cross-functional teams like sales, marketing, and accounting to meet shared goals
  • Minimum one year of office experience, preferably in an administrative or coordinator role.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent, and self-motivated environment.
  • Strong communication and written skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional customer service skills, particularly in handling client inquiries related to billing.
