Job description

Work Flexibility: Remote

In this role, you will provide process and technology leadership in the day-to-day Model N Revenue Management space for Stryker in the US.  This role is responsible for being a subject matter expert in how Model N business processes and technology are designed to function to meet business objectives. You will partner with IT, subject matter experts, and business process owners in conducting process improvement execution and root cause analysis for the purpose of optimizing efficiency, value and/or preventing discrepancies.

What You Will Do

  • Measure, Evaluate and Improve the quality and data integrity of operational Model N systems  

  • Ensure complete business process documentation and user training material for purpose of ongoing onboarding, training, and change management.

  • Lead testing activities for Model N related system

  • Stay up to date on Model N Vendor platform capabilities and use cases.

  • Lead business process improvement and change management activities

  • Identify opportunities and lead discussions where Model N can be applied to real-world business opportunities with key stakeholders.

  • Ensure complete documentation of user stories (business requirements) and functional designs to align with defined business ROIs and success criteria 

  • Demonstrate financial acumen to develop financial impacts for existing projects and evaluating new opportunities.

What you need

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree  in Management Information Systems, IT, Business Operations or related field

  • 2+  years of professional experience  

  • Experience working in Model N and Revenue Management related technologies and processes

Preferred:

  • Experience with Process Mapping

  • Experience with project management

  • Experience with lean or other process improvement techniques (Value Stream Mapping, SIPOC,  etc).

  • Experience in managing end-to-end process improvement projects: from problem and requirements definition to validation and deployment.

$69,100 - $139,600 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 10%
