Who are we looking for
We are currently looking for a Channel Marketing Specialist for the DACH market. You will be part of the Wildix Global Marketing Team, made of +35 professionals spread all around the world, and will collaborate with Web & Digital, Comms & Copy, Products & Tech Marketing departments, supporting all the marketing activities to promote and position the Wildix brand in the DACH market. You will also work in Partner Development, supporting partners from a Marketing perspective to help generate more business.
You will be instrumental in supporting a thriving ecosystem of over 100 partners. Your primary focus will be on driving lead generation through strategic, high-impact marketing activities. act as a central point of contact for partners, helping to amplify brand presence and align marketing efforts with business growth objectives.
This is a temporary position covering a maternity leave.

How You Will Make an Impact
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to support over 100 partners, enhancing their ability to generate leads and drive sales.
- Execute co-marketing campaigns with partners, focusing on brand visibility and customer acquisition in the DACH market.
- Updating and keeping track of Leads within Salesforce
- Assisting in crafting compelling content (emails, sales letters, website, case studies, etc.) that captivates the German-speaking market
- Supporting in managing and organizing webinars and events, both online and on-site
- Leverage social media (LinkedIn, Facebook), SEO, and Google Analytics to optimize channel partner performance and engagement.
- Monitoring KPIs and ROI (MRR, partner monthly recurring revenue)
- Working daily with the global marketing team, giving active feedback on the material, and marketing activities, and suggesting new ideas
- Apply a Kanban approach to ensure efficient and timely delivery of marketing activities.
What You Bring to the Team
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing/Communication
- You possess excellent communication and analytical skills, enabling you to articulate ideas clearly and engage effectively with all the stakeholders
- Proficiency in B2B marketing, with experience in lead generation
- Experience animating a Channel of Partners
- Proficiency in PC usage, particularly as a MacBook Pro user, and familiarity with Office Suite, Google Suite, and email marketing automation tools
- Your grit and desire for success drive you to achieve goals, making you target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive
- You are a team player with a high level of dedication and commitment, both internally with the Global Marketing Team, the regional team (Sales, Tech), and externally with partners
- You are a quick learner and enthusiastic about mastering new products and technologies, showcasing structured and self-organized work
- Experience in working with CRM/ Database Management (Expertise in Salesforce will be a plus)
- Fluency in German is required, along with strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Now, it would be fantastic if You:
- Have previous experience in Events and webinar organization
- Possess experience with Marketing Automation (Pardot experience is a plus)
- Bring experience in B2B marketing tactics, preferably within IT or UC Industry
- Excel in collaboration and adapt well in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Effectively manage Partner marketing efforts
