The Role 

We are seeking a highly-motivated Associate Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies that communicate the value of the StarRez platform. You will play a critical role in translating product capabilities into compelling messaging, driving impactful launches, and enabling sales teams with strategic resources to win in the marketplace.

Role Specifics 

  • Work Location: Remote (US)
  • Travel: Less than 5% [The percent of travel is an estimation, and it could vary up or down based on business needs throughout the year.] 
  • Reporting Structure: Reports to Director, Product and Customer Marketing

What You Will Own 

Develop and Drive Go-to-Market Strategies

  • Design and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for product launches and feature updates across key market segments. 
  • Define and articulate value propositions that resonate with target audiences, addressing their specific needs and challenges. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and customer engagement plans. 
  • Manage launch timelines, ensuring clear communication and successful delivery across teams. 

 

Enable Sales and Other Go-to-Market Teams

  • Create, maintain, and enhance Sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, battle cards, competitive analyses, objection-handling guides, FAQs, and more. 
  • Deliver training and resources to equip Sales teams with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively communicate the value of StarRez solutions. 
  • Analyze and iterate on enablement resources based on Sales feedback and performance metrics. 
  • Act as a trusted partner to Sales, providing timely insights and resources to address prospect and customer needs. 

 

Conduct and Communicate Market and Competitive Intelligence

  • Perform ongoing market research to inform and refine product positioning and messaging strategies. 
  • Build and maintain a competitive intelligence repository that can be used to keep teams informed about market dynamics and competitor activities. 
  • Lead the win-loss analysis process, gathering insights from Sales feedback, analyzing patterns, and using the findings to enhance GTM strategies. 
  • Regularly synthesize market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity into actionable recommendations for marketing and product teams. 

 

Craft and Infuse Compelling Storylines into Campaigns

  • Develop persuasive narratives that communicate the value of StarRez's solutions and address customer pain points. 
  • Develop and drive the integration of product value messaging into campaigns, informing the creation of content about the product - including videos, social and blog posts, webinars, customer-facing presentations, and more. 
  • Collaborate with Customer Marketing to incorporate customer success stories and the "voice of the customer" into broader initiatives. 

 

Continually Mine Insights to Enable Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Use customer feedback, market trends, and analytics to refine strategies and uncover opportunities for growth. 
  • Measure the success of GTM strategies, campaigns, and enablement initiatives using data-driven KPIs. 
  • Present insights and actionable recommendations to leadership to influence strategic planning and future marketing initiatives. 


    Required Qualifications 

    • 2+ years of experience in Product Marketing
    • Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into concise, compelling, and tailored narratives 
    • Proven experience in launching new products and driving end-to-end campaigns 
    • Analytical mindset with a history of leveraging data to develop, refine, and measure strategic initiatives 
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering high-impact content and presentations
    • Highly collaborative with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships across a global business

     

    Preferred Qualifications 

    • Experience working in a B2B SaaS, EdTech, or PropTech environment
