As an E-commerce Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of digital retail innovation, managing and optimizing our client’s online presence across multiple high-traffic platforms. You’ll leverage your expertise in Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, and eBay to drive sales growth, streamline inventory management, and enhance overall e-commerce performance. Responsibilities

Spearhead the management and optimization of product listings across Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, and eBay, ensuring maximum visibility and sales performance
Execute efficient bulk uploads of new items, prices, and quantities using platform-specific templates and FTP files, maintaining an up-to-date inventory of 6,000-10,000 products
Develop and maintain a cutting-edge custom barcode mapping system, revolutionizing inventory management across multiple platforms
Craft compelling product descriptions and optimize listings to boost search rankings and conversion rates
Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring platform changes and swiftly adapting strategies to maintain peak performance
Lead troubleshooting efforts for sales issues, particularly on Amazon, to maximize revenue streams
Collaborate closely with manufacturers to ensure product information accuracy and timeliness, fostering strong supplier relationships

Requirements

Proven track record of 3-5 years in e-commerce management, with particular expertise in Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, and eBay platforms
Demonstrated mastery of bulk upload processes and advanced inventory management systems
Proficiency in handling FTP files and manipulating large datasets using Excel or similar tools
Experience implementing and managing custom barcode or SKU mapping systems
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to efficiently manage extensive product catalogs
Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders
Agility in adapting to platform changes and eagerness to embrace new technologies in the e-commerce space
Ability to work independently and drive results in a remote work environment
Passion for e-commerce and a drive to continuously improve processes and performance
