Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Description for UX/UI Webflow Designer 

Scope:

  • Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day flexible within 8am to 5pm San Francisco, CA Time
  • Direct collaboration with company leadership and tech team
  • Opportunity to significantly impact the growth of a startup in an innovative field

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update the company’s Webflow-based website, ensuring responsive and user-friendly designs
  • Implement frequent changes to website content, including updating verbiage and application details
  • Address and resolve website security issues to meet platform requirements (e.g., TikTok)
  • Collaborate with the tech lead and other team members to align design with business objectives
  • Adapt designs quickly based on changing partner requirements and user feedback
  • Ensure consistency in user experience across all website updates and changes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Webflow and UX/UI design for web applications
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles
  • Familiarity with website security best practices
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a distributed team environment
  • Experience in or willingness to learn about the healthcare or fertility industry is a plus
