Job description

 

Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a Full-Time Jr Healthcare and Human Capital Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing and attracting top talent to interviewing and hiring professionals in the healthcare and human resources fields. This is a remote role based in the U.S. and is open to U.S. Citizens ONLY.

The ideal candidate will collaborate regularly with Blue Rose Management to identify current and future hiring needs and use advanced sourcing techniques to build a strong pipeline of healthcare, behavioral health, and human capital professionals. The recruiter will ensure all candidates are evaluated for qualifications, certifications, and alignment with client needs, including behavioral health counselors, licensed social workers, and other mental health specialists.


In this role, you will:
  • Design and implement an effective recruitment strategy focused on healthcare, behavioral health, and human capital roles.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs on appropriate job boards, websites, and social media channels.
  • Manage candidate flow and maintain job postings in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Source active and passive candidates using databases, professional networks, and advanced search techniques tailored to healthcare, behavioral health, and human capital industries.
  • Screen candidate resumes and applications to assess qualifications, certifications, and soft skills.
  • Conduct interviews using structured methodologies and evaluation tools to assess experience in healthcare roles (e.g., RNs, LPNs, CNAs), behavioral health positions (e.g., LMSW, LPC, LMFT, LCSW), and human capital positions (e.g., HR managers, recruiters).
  • Evaluate candidates’ knowledge of healthcare and behavioral health regulations, certifications (e.g., RN, LMSW, LPC, LMFT, HIPAA compliance), and best practices in human capital management.
  • Provide detailed recruiting reports and metrics to leadership.
  • Act as a liaison to candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the selection process.
  • Promote Blue Rose’s mission to deliver meaningful and impactful hiring solutions.

A successful candidate must have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred but not required.
  • Proven work experience as a recruiter or sourcer in healthcare, behavioral health, or human capital recruitment, with at least 3 years of experience.
  • In-depth understanding of healthcare and behavioral health roles, qualifications, and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, state licensing boards).
  • Familiarity with behavioral health roles, such as Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), and Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs).
  • Hands-on experience with advanced sourcing techniques, such as Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards specific to healthcare, behavioral health, and HR.
  • Strong ability to assess candidates for positions like behavioral health counselors, healthcare administrators, nurses, HR generalists, and talent acquisition specialists.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage job postings, candidate flow, and documentation.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
