The Alliances Director – EMEA will oversee strategic partnerships across the region, focusing on both expanding relationships with existing partners and developing net new partnerships. Based in the UK, this role requires a highly motivated, results-driven professional with a proven track record in managing and growing partner ecosystems. The Alliances Director will work to strengthen Nextworld’s market position by cultivating relationships with Solution Integrators, technology partners, and resellers throughout EMEA.
Responsibilities:
- Partner Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing Solution Integrators, resellers, and technology partners across EMEA.
- New Partner Acquisition: Identify and recruit high-potential strategic partners to join Nextworld’s ecosystem in the region.
- Regional Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive regional strategy to drive partner engagement and growth.
- Network Leverage: Utilize an existing network of industry contacts to accelerate the onboarding of new partners and strengthen Nextworld’s presence in EMEA.
- Influence and Negotiation: Lead negotiations and finalize agreements that promote long-term collaboration and mutual growth.
- Revenue Focus: Ensure that partnerships contribute to Nextworld’s revenue growth by promoting co-selling initiatives and joint go-to-market strategies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—including Sales, Marketing, and Product—to align partner activities with company goals and regional market demands.
- Market Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regional dynamics to refine Nextworld’s partner strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 7+ years’ experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development roles within the enterprise SaaS, ERP, or no-code platform industries.
- Proven success in managing and expanding partner ecosystems in EMEA, with a focus on Solution Integrators and resellers.
- Strong existing network within the no-code platform, enterprise SaaS, or ERP ecosystem in the EMEA region.
- Demonstrated ability to balance managing existing relationships while proactively hunting for new opportunities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, partner management tools, and analytics platforms.
Starting Salary Range: $125,000 – $175,000 per year (USD)
About the Team:
We build the no-code enterprise application platform (a.k.a. “EAP”) that is used by Nextworld’s customers and partners to create and run enterprise-grade business solutions. We have a knack for abstracting complex technical concepts into no-code facilities that are straightforward to use. The Platform allows for the development and execution of involved, integrated business applications — complete with workflow, business logic, eventing, external callouts, notifications, various user experiences, artificial intelligence, and more. Examples of applications suites built on the Platform are enterprise financials, sales, inventory, manufacturing, and real estate.
