About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Web Developer to develop our Web capabilities, creating a way for customers to access their Tala account through a web browser.

What You'll Do

Integration into the technical front end group.

Reduction of incidents stemming from lack of knowledge transfer.

Transformation into subject matter expert.

Positive contributions to peers in terms of onboarding, day-to-day help, PRs.

Increased satisfaction among clients (Product, Program).

What You'll Need

5+ years of experience in Web development.

3+ published web apps.

Web Development & Code modularization experience.

Unit testing & Integration testing experience.

Adept at using Gradle, Jira, Git, Github & Jenkins.

Excellent communications and a track record of leading change within an engineering organization.
