Founded by Rich Bello, the co-founder and COO of Blue Ridge Capital, Rich’s aim is to leverage his experience working with top Hedge Fund Executives to achieve peak performance.

As an experienced business leader and ICF-certified Coach, you have a robust background in business development and a passion for driving revenue growth. You are entrepreneurial, mission-driven, and capable of both strategic planning and execution. With a holistic understanding of strategy, sales, marketing, and customer success, you excel at collaborating across departments to push forward strategic goals. Your exceptional communication skills, emotional intelligence and leadership insights enable you to inspire and guide your team effectively.
What You'll DoBe the go-to person for Arootah’s database of Coaches, maintaining mutually positive coach relationships Grow Arootah’s Coaching database by recruiting and hiring the top Executive, Life, Career, and Health Coaches in the industry Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures to collect detailed and accurate feedback of coaching results, including challenges and breakthroughs, from both coaches and clients that allow Arootah to improve products and services. Develop and implement a strategic business plan and roadmap for the coaching business unit, including go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and sales enablement. Become an expert on Arootah’s Suite of Tools, Coaching Processes, and Coaching Platform Host trainings and office hours for both our internal team and contracted Coaches to ensure that all team members are trained in our coaching processes, best practices, and suite of tools. Facilitate Arootah’s Immersion Workshop for Coaching Clients Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to inform product development, service delivery and marketing/sales strategies. Lead coaching sales and marketing efforts to drive revenue growth for the coaching business unit. Collaborate with Arootah’s customer success team to support coach-client matching and ensure the successful delivery of our coaching and leadership development training programs Maintain and share detailed and accurate records of coaching results (themes, challenges, breakthroughs, etc.) Who You AreAn experienced Coach who’s worked with C-Suite level Executives in the finance industry A life-learner who’spassionate about personal development and actively committed to their own personal growth Enthusiastic about technology and eager to harness the power apps and software to enhance coaching partnerships A skilled active listener who asks powerful thought-provoking questions Highly organized and detail-oriented Results-driven and able to proactively anticipate the needs of others Dependable – exhibiting a high “say-to-do" ratio and getting things done on time Prepared to thrive in a fast-paced, quickly changing start-up environment A quick learner with the ability to pivot plans and problem solve An excellent communicator with top notch “people skills” A team-player who’s able to effectively collaborate on projects, while also self-managing and stayed motivated independently QualificationsICF Accredited (preferably PCC or MCC) 5+ years of experience in executive coaching 5+ years managing a team Bachelor’s or Masters degree 360 Assessment experience / certification Experience coaching C-suite executives Experience facilitating both online and in-person trainings, workshops, and/or seminars Professional experience in financial services or hedge funds Passion for helping others improve their productivity, performance, and leadership skills Ability to build rapport and work with people from all over the world Superior emotional intelligence and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel and PowerPoint Hogan certification is strongly preferred DiSC and/or EQ-i assessment experience is a plus Experience working and collaborating with remote teams Work for a well-funded disruptor in the finance, wellness, and technology space.
