Job Description
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our dynamic team for a role focused on supporting sales efforts. This position emphasizes outreach, relationship building, and effective communication. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our sales pipeline by performing essential sales development tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach and follow-ups with potential and existing customers via phone calls, emails, and other channels.
- Assist with scheduling and booking demos and meetings, including appointment setting.
- Manage CRM, ensuring the organization and accuracy of contact data and tagging leads appropriately.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of English, with a focus on high-quality reading, writing, and speaking capabilities.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in using online tools and platforms, specifically Apollo IO and a CRM system.
- Must have attended college and possess at least 6 months of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
- Experience in a remote work environment is considered a plus.
