Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Content Marketing Director to lead content creation, strategy, and distribution across multiple platforms. This role will drive our brands message, enhance audience engagement, and oversee digital campaigns to ensure consistent, impactful communication with health professionals, patients, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Strategy:

  • Develop and manage content calendars aligned with business goals and SEO best practices.
  • Produce high-quality content across blogs, podcasts, newsletters, and social media.

Social Media and Digital Campaigns:

  • Grow and manage social media platforms (Instagram, X.com, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).
  • Execute targeted campaigns for various audience segments.

SEO and Analytics:

  • Implement SEO strategies to boost organic traffic.
  • Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to optimize content performance.

Email Marketing and Newsletters:

  • Create compelling email campaigns targeting patients, partners, and healthcare professionals.
  • Use tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign.

Team and Project Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor content creators and social media managers.
  • Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with objectives.

Brand and Messaging Alignment:

  • Maintain consistency in tone and messaging across platforms.
  • Develop content that reinforces and strengthens brand identity.

Event and Partnership Management:

  • Manage content for conferences and events.
  • Build and manage relationships with influencers and industry partners.
Key Requirements:

Experience:

  • Proven experience in content marketing, social media management, and SEO.
  • Experience in health or life sciences (degree preferred).

Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Tools:

  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
