Creative Strategist

Job Description:

The Creative Strategist is a client-facing role responsible for presenting new concepts and iterations to clients. The candidate will make sure all JUICE clients receive high-quality performance creative on time and on-brand. They will also be responsible for digital ad creative timelines with the internal team, storytelling, and must be a team player.

What you’ll do:

  • Client-facing role that presents new concepts and iterations to clients.

  • Analyze A/B test results to determine which creatives resonate best with the target audience, and iterate campaigns accordingly for improved engagement and conversion.

  • Work closely with the creative manager and channel specialists to understand the client's creative needs.

  • Storytell effectively through written creative briefs prior to production of statics, gifs, and videos by designers.

  • Ensure timelines promised are being adhered to both internally and externally.

  • Communicate efficiently and effectively to designers and marketing teams.

  • Occasionally join onboarding calls for new clients to gather insight into clients’ creative needs.

  • Track and manage all creative work/projects in queue in our project management system to ensure deadlines are met.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Strong knowledge of current social media trends, including platform algorithms, emerging content formats, and audience engagement strategies. Ability to leverage trends for brand visibility and audience growth.

  • Understand social media ad models across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, to develop effective campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.

  • Must have a fundamental understanding of key metrics and how to interpret the data to make iterations and new creatives from those insights

  • Must understand creative jargon to translate what the specialist / client wants to the designer

  • Must be an excellent storyteller and have a creative eye

  • Strong understanding of digital performance marketing creative and what works on each platform.

  • Curiosity to always improve, understand best practices per each platform and gather feedback.

  • Proven ability to create concise and effective creative briefs for designers.

  • Prioritizes effectively and delivers quality work under tight deadlines.

  • Ability to edit creative (preferred but not required).

  • A high level of attention to detail.

  • Passion for digital ad creative.
