What skills/experience do I need to be successful? 

  • Substantial experience in application support or a related role;
  • Strong understanding of the UK energy sector, including familiarity with industry regulations, data flows, and market;
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and supporting enterprise applications (e.g., CRM, billing systems, or similar);
  • Experience with SQL for database queries and troubleshooting;
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation tasks;
  • Familiarity with service management tools (e.g., Manage Engine, MS DevOps).
