Job description

What you will do:

Engaging new clients. Working with potential clients (cold and warm base), establishing contact and promoting the product, adapting to different levels of their interest.
Achieving targets. Achievement of set goals and performance indicators
Customer tracking and analysis. Ability to interact effectively with clients, using proven methods to deal with their questions and objections.

What experience is important to us:

Experience in offline or online sales minimum 3 months.
Knowledge of Turkish language is a must.
Understanding of the key stages of the sales process.
Practical experience of communicating effectively with clients and dealing with their objections.
High level of literacy for professional communication with clients.
Ability to work effectively in both routine and crisis situations.
Empathy and openness when communicating with clients.
