This job in a nut shell 

This is our web-site where our clients can find information about our solutions, cases, leave application for demos and etc. The website is the business card of our company, and we want to make it more attractive, technologically advanced, user-friendly for clients, and ultimately more conversion-oriented. We are looking for an experienced web-developer who will improve the website and strive to make it better. 

Team: project manager, designer, web-developer (it could be you), digital marketing manager. 

Stack: php, JavaScript, CSS/SCSS;  Git, Gulp;  CMS Bitrix is a must. 
Would be a great advantage knowledge of My SQL, Jenkins, Nginx. 

Requirements 

A. General requirements: 

  • You live in the UTC+3 time zone.
  • Proficiency in Russian as a native speaker and in English at a B1+ level.
  • You're ready to work full-time; this is not a project-based or freelance position. 

B. Experience: 

  • At least 3 years of experience with the technology stack: PHP 7.0 and above, JavaScript (ES5 and above), CSS/SCSS; 
  • Experience with Git and Gulp; 
  • Experience with Bitrix CMS;  

C. Skills 

  • Ability to understand and improve existing code; 
  • Skills in responsive design layout;
  • Knowledge of general principles of code documentation and formatting; 
  • Project management skills (this means that you can handle projects on your own, enjoy communicating with other teams to specify requirements, and are responsible, proactive, and capable of successfully completing tasks);
  • Interest in modern web technologies and web development trends; 
  • Knowledge of basic web analytics; 
  • Ability and willingness to work in a team; 
  • Experience in server administration. 

D. Would be a great advantage 

  • Experience with MySQL; 
  • Experience with Jenkins;
  • Experience in configuring Nginx server (writing redirects, adjusting configurations, etc.); 
  • Understanding of basic server setup on Unix-like systems, knowledge of configuring Nginx + Apache stack; 
  • Basic knowledge of SEO. 

Requirements

  • Development of new website features or adaptation of existing ones; 
  • Layout design of any complexity, various website improvements—from minor text edits to landing page development; 
  • Working with main CMD commands; 
  • Task evaluation, backlog management, task prioritization; 
  • Prompt response to incidents; 
  • Development and implementation of ideas to improve the website's functionality and visuals; 
  • Participation in the development of the website's growth strategy.
