Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and implement detailed strategies to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
    • End-to-End Sales Cycle Management: Lead all stages of the sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing and post-sales relationship management.
    • Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term partnerships with executive decision-makers in e-commerce, logistics, 3PLs, and related industries.
    • Market Leadership: Challenge the status quo and position UniUni as a trusted partner for innovative delivery solutions.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with BD, product, tech, and operations teams to deliver tailored client solutions and influence product roadmaps.
    • Performance Tracking: Regularly monitor sales performance metrics to ensure alignment with goals and proactively adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements

    • Proven Expertise: 5+ years in sales roles within logistics or related industries, with a history of exceeding quotas.
    • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of final-mile delivery, e-commerce logistics, and 3PL operations.
    • Relationship-Driven: Demonstrated ability to build and sustain executive-level partnerships.
    • Sales Mastery: Skilled in prospecting, negotiating, and closing complex deals with enterprise clients.
    • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce (or similar CRMs), LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales tools.
    • Business Acumen: Strong strategic thinking, business insight, and solution-oriented mindset.
    • Education: Post-secondary education in logistics, business, marketing, or a related field.
    • Growth-Oriented: Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
