Associate Project Manager, Developer Feedback Programs (Part-Time Contractor)

The Roblox Developer Relations team seeks a passionate Roblox enthusiast to join its Creator Feedback team as a contractor. In this role, you will act as a liaison between developers, creators, and Roblox, supporting initiatives to address creator challenges and advocating for their needs.

This is a six-month, part-time contract position with the possibility of extension.

You Will:

• Gain a deep understanding of the creator community and their needs.
• Schedule, attend, and take detailed notes during product meetings with developers.
• Document creator feedback according to established team processes, and strive to develop new and improved processes.
• Advocate for the needs and concerns of the community to the team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
• Collaborate with Feedback team leads to ensure prioritized triage of internal requests.

You Have:

• A deep understanding of Roblox and its community dynamics.
• Proficiency in Roblox Studio.
• Familiarity with community processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in writing.
• A keen eye for detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities.
