About the role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team and support BI initiatives across the business. The BI Analyst will play a key role in supporting dashboard development and enhancements working across functions. The ideal candidate will have strong BI skills and SQL skills, a passion for problem-solving and is a consummate team player.

Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain operational dashboards and reports to support the business’ analytics needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize data requirements, metrics, and KPIs.
Contribute to a data analytics infrastructure that is cohesive, scalable and aligns with data governance goals, ensuring that reporting and metrics are unified across the company
Solve complex business problems using quantitative approaches
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver impact-driven solutions
Build an understanding of our data resources and how/when to apply them to different initiatives

Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of total experience.
Advanced experience in Tableau and SQL
Working knowledge of Snowflake/Data warehouses
Strong organization, time management and task prioritization skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Data science, Finance, Advanced Analytics, or related field or equivalent work experience.
