We're seeking an experienced Email Builder to join our marketing team part-time. You'll work closely with our design and marketing teams to build and deploy email campaigns in Klaviyo.
Build marketing emails in Klaviyo from Figma designs on a daily basis
Slice and prepare assets from Figma
Export and compress assets
Upload assets to Klaviyo and send testing emails
Maintain organized template and asset libraries in Klaviyo
Ensure emails are responsive and look great on all devices
Handle time-sensitive campaigns and promotional calendars
Test emails thoroughly before deployment
Work with our design team on asset specifications
Implement tracking parameters and segmentation
Experience with Klaviyo and Figma or Canva
Design experience is a big plus
Experience with image optimization for email
Understanding of email client quirks and limitations
Organized and detail-oriented approach
Strong communication skills and reliability
Available during US business hours
15-20 hours per week
Must be available during core US business hours
Flexibility for urgent campaign needs
