WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Partner Program Specialist, you will be responsible for understanding our top partner rebate programs. This includes learning how we earn, identifying incremental opportunities, determining what is required to maximize partner investments, and educating various stakeholders within MGT on these details. This role will involve working closely with the Partner Finance Specialist to forecast and track partner rebates and ensure accuracy in our financial reporting.
In this role, you will:
- Top Partner Programs:Help maximize how and what we earn from our partners.
- Finance Support:Collaborate with finance to ensure we have one single source of truth and operate off the same set of rebate numbers.
- Sales and Technical Support:Work with the sales and technical teams to highlight what is needed with our top partners to achieve the highest level of partnership and maximize our rebate earnings.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Five (5) or more years related experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with partner rebate programs and OEM partners.
- Advanced knowledge of financial forecasting and auditing.
- Certification in relevant financial or accounting fields such as CPA or CFA.
- Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes.
- Experience with financial modeling and building reports.
- Familiarity with financial software such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
