Essential duties and responsibilities

• Product Demonstrations and Representation:
  • Develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations to customers.
  • Represent the product at conferences, seminars, and field events.
• Sales Support and Pre-Sales Activities:
  • Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs, RFPs, and pricing requests.
  • Prepare for client meetings by customizing communications to address specific business needs.
  • Travel across the sales territory to support sales efforts and customer engagement.
• Customer and Market Liaison:
  • Communicate customer requirements to Product Management teams.
  • Provide market feedback to Product Management and Development to address gaps between product functionality and customer demands.
  • Stay informed on changes in business issues, regulations, and technologies to maintain a forward-looking perspective on market trends.
• Product Knowledge and Development:
  • Stay up-to-date on the product roadmap and understand how features and functions address business and technical problems.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Development teams to understand product direction and communicate updates to the sales organization.
• Competitive and Industry Analysis:
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to identify and articulate product differentiators.
  • Attend conferences and work with subject matter experts to stay abreast of industry changes and market direction.

Education, Experience & Skills

• Prior Kyriba experience or competing product experience a plus.
• 5-10 years of experience in either implementation, support, presales, or product management with treasury management technologies.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing advisory role, with a focus on driving adoption, preventing churn, and fostering advocacy.
• Expertise in ERP integrations, and familiarity with API architectures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for understanding and addressing customer challenges.
• Ability to facilitate discovery workshops and deliver impactful technical demonstrations.
• Strong collaboration skills to liaise effectively with Product Management and internal teams.
• Strong understanding of corporate cash and liquidity management processes.
• Knowledge of corporate financial risk management, including foreign exchange and interest rate hedging.
• Proficient in analyzing business processes and solving business problems using financial data relationships.
• Familiarity with strategic, conceptual, and consultative selling techniques.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal relationship-building skills.
