Profile Summary:
Profile Summary: Primary point of accountability to business partners and other parties for project planning, day-to-day execution, management, implementation, readiness, and reporting of small to medium projects (typically up to $2M) with well-defined scope requiring manageable scope control/changes, moderate complexity, and limited risk. Projects may be concurrent or overlap. Accountable to manage and monitor project tasks and assist with tracking project and/or portfolio controls during portfolio planning, project planning, and delivery activities to ensure on-time and quality outcomes are met within scope and budget. Work with limited supervision and guidance and apply advanced project management and basic program management skills, tools, and techniques to project deliverables, processes, communications, presentations to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations. Understand, apply, promote, and contribute to Voya delivery methodologies, standards, and tools.
Profile Description:
Accountable to business sponsor(s) and management to drive delivery of quality solutions tied to clearly understood business problem(s) and benefit(s)
Deliver project objectives on-time, with quality, within scope and budget to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations
Develop, manage, monitor, and report on all project/program tasks, activities, controls, deliverables, and reports
Supply accurate project estimates and tightly manage project budget, approved funding, forecasts, and actuals; understands what is driving the costs and what is needed to achieve desired outcomes
Secure and maintain project resources and actively manage resource plan
Balance competing requirements and interests, keeping team focused on top priorities, and finding ways to achieve win-win outcomes by encouraging new ways at looking at problems, processes and solutions
Remove barriers to enable project team to complete objectives no matter how difficult
Hold self and project team accountable for valued business outcomes
Facilitate lessons learned and knowledge retention for future use
Build partnerships and alliances across the enterprise and up to senior levels
Gain recognition as a trusted advisor / leader with project team, customers, and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Understand business case and continually monitor projects or programs against it to ensure benefit realization

Compensation Pay Disclosure:
Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.
The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya may offer incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
