We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Director, Brand Partnerships to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to meet and exceed revenue targets while focusing on driving profitable growth.

  • Drive digital, print, social, and programmatic advertising revenue growth across the Minute Media portfolio.
  • Manage assigned media agency and client accounts, exceed targets, and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment and build valuable relationships with internal groups, including programmatic and video sales, marketing, data solutions, research, audience insights, ad operations, and pricing.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends, best practices, sharing expertise internally and externally.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in sales strategy, planning, and revenue forecasting.
  • Collaborate with the programmatic & video sales team to create and close successful hybrid (sponsorship and programmatic) deals.


The expected salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $120,000. Actual pay will be determined based on skills, experience, and location.This position is also eligible for performance-based compensation. The benefits available for this position include flexible vacation policy, 15 paid holidays, paid parental leave, health insurance, 401(k) with company match.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital media sales experience
  • Must reside in the Chicago land area.
  • Pre-existing relationships within the Chicago advertising landscape
  • Self-motivated with a willingness and comfort working in an agile environment
  • Candidate Characteristics – self motivator, results-oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, relationship oriented
