Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Partner Program Manager who can manage, grow and revitalize our affiliate partner program. Your role will involve developing and implementing a program that drives qualified referrals from our affiliate network (Consultants, agencies, ISCVs, Industry consultants ) resulting in new business for the MealTicket Team, specifically the MarketMan product. This role will be responsible for implementing strategies to drive affiliate partner enrollment,engagement, enablement and ultimately revenue. This role is both a partner relationship and revenue generating role.
What you will do
Affiliate Enrollment & Engagement:
- Manage our network for existing affiliates by running email campaigns, webinars, educational content and build out marketing material to drive leads with affiliates.
- Ideate, Build and execute partner programming such as events, sales and product enablement, collateral for partners and more to drive awareness and revenue.
- Identify and recruit additional value added resellers, consultants and smaller channel partners to drive new business and own the contract process in collaboration with legal.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics related to the affiliate program, such as which affiliates are driving leads MoM, conversion rates, close rates, ACV by partner etc.
- Work closely with Finance to ensure partners get paid out of referrals on a quarterly basis.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Systemize marketing efforts and drive operational excellence and rigor.
- Ensure all affiliate marketing activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to continually improve and grow the affiliate program.
- Implement and enforce company policies regarding affiliate marketing activities.
Collaboration, People & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Support and Product to ensure seamless service delivery across clients.
- Work cross-functionally with the Sales and CS departments to accelerate deals by filling potential knowledge, product, service gaps with partner offerings.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and stay informed about the latest trends.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure successful execution of marketing initiative
What you will bring
- 3+ years of experience, and proven record in managing affiliate marketing programs, outbound or full cycle selling or partner management; building a repeatable affiliate program including but not limited to onboarding,product certification, enablement and more.
- Excellent communication, organizational and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills & data/detail-oriented mindset - ability to interpret and act on data-driven insights in performance marketing.
- Strong existing connections within the restaurant industry.
- B2B SaaS startup experience.
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce/Salesloft/Sales Navigator, plus a proficiency with affiliate marketing platforms & tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Pay & Benefits
At Meal Ticket, cash salary is but one component of our Total Rewards package. We’re proud of our package inclusive of: base salary, stock awards, healthcare coverage, and more. Paid performance incentives are also included for those in eligible roles. Additional details about our Total Rewards package will be provided during the recruitment process.
This is a quota carrying position and your total pay will include a base + variable component driven by your ability to hit your attainment goals.
