We are actively seeking a proactive US Outbound Sales Specialist to join our sales team. Job Description

  • Lead Generation:
    • Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, emailing, and using LinkedIn to identify and engage potential clients in the facilities maintenance sector.
    • Research and compile a list of target companies and decision-makers to build a robust sales pipeline.
    • Maintain and update an organized database of leads and prospects, ensuring accurate and up-to-date contact information.
  • Appointment Setting:
    • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads and ensure all necessary information is communicated effectively.
    • Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and provide additional information as needed.
    • Track and report on appointment-setting metrics, refining outreach strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Sales Support:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored sales strategies and materials that address the needs of facilities maintenance clients.
    • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales collateral to effectively communicate the value of Atlas's services.
    • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to manage leads, track sales activities, and monitor the sales pipeline
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities within the facilities maintenance sector.
    • Provide feedback and insights to the sales team based on interactions with prospects and clients to help shape sales strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to facilities maintenance to enhance sales effectiveness.
    • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to improve sales skills continuously and techniques.

Requirements
  • A strong 2 years experience in outbound sales or lead generation, preferably in facilities maintenance, construction, or a similar industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail and the capacity to prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Go High Level) and sales tools.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to adopt new tools and technologies.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented, with a strong desire to meet sales targets.
  • Background in facilities maintenance or a related sector (preferred).
  • Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and practices (preferred).
  • Experience using lead generation platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or Outreach.io (preferred).
  • Experience with scheduling tools like Calendly (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (preferred).
