Job Title: Virtual Assistant with SDR Skills (Remote, Contract)

About Us:

We’re a fast-growing digital marketing agency focused on helping addiction treatment centers grow through SEO, advertising, and digital strategy. We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant with SDR skills to support our outreach efforts and help book meetings for our sales team.

Role Overview:

This is a remote, contract position. You’ll manage our email and LinkedIn outreach cadences, track performance, and follow up with prospects to ensure meetings are booked. You won’t be required to do cold calls or close deals—just help keep our outreach organized and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Management: Organize and prioritize incoming emails, respond to queries on behalf of the sales team, and ensure no important messages are missed.

Lead Nurturing: Develop and nurture leads by providing valuable information, building rapport, and guiding them through the sales process.

Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads, including contact information, communication history, and progress through the pipeline.

Outreach Coordination: Manage and monitor email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to prospects in the addiction treatment industry.

Follow-Up and Scheduling: Follow up with prospects to schedule discovery calls for our Head of Sales.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoffs and successful sales conversions.

Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on key performance indicators, including lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline growth.

Prospect Research: Provide light research on prospects when needed to personalize outreach.

Organization: Ensure the outreach pipeline stays organized and up-to-date.



Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or SDR/BDR roles.

Comfortable using Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage outreach.

Strong written communication skills (you’ll be crafting follow-ups and outreach messages).

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Self-motivated and proactive—able to manage tasks and deadlines without micromanagement.

Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, or advertising is a plus but not required.
