  • Full-time, Work Schedule: 8 am to 5 pm with one hour unpaid break

Job Description

As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be the voice and face of our client’s ambitious growth strategy. In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the heart of the company’s expansion, directly engaging with potential clients and setting the stage for transformative business relationships. Your persuasive communication skills and ability to qualify leads will be instrumental in expanding the client base in the competitive commercial cleaning sector. This position offers a unique blend of sales strategy, relationship building, and business development, making you a key player in the company’s success story. You’ll have the opportunity to interact with decision-makers across various industries, honing your skills in negotiation and professional communication.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct a high volume of strategic outbound calls (100-150 per day) to potential commercial cleaning clients, representing the company with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Employ advanced lead qualification techniques to identify and engage with key decision-makers, setting up high-value appointments for the sales team
  • Utilize and maintain a state-of-the-art CRM system or specialized spreadsheet to manage lead information, ensuring all data is accurate, up-to-date, and actionable
  • Develop and implement a robust follow-up strategy for potential clients who require additional information, nurturing these leads to maximize conversion opportunities
  • Track, analyze, and report on daily and weekly call metrics and appointment settings, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement of the sales process
  • Foster a collaborative relationship with the lead generation team, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality leads and providing feedback to refine targeting strategies
  • Master the art of objection handling, turning potential roadblocks into opportunities for engagement and appointment setting
  • Craft and deliver compelling value propositions tailored to each potential client, highlighting the unique benefits of the company’s commercial cleaning services
  • Continuously refine your approach based on performance data and client feedback, staying ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies
Requirements
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Proven track record in cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B sales, with a history of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Resilient and positive attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and turn rejections into learning opportunities
  • Superior listening skills and the ability to quickly assess and qualify leads, identifying key pain points and opportunities
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and spreadsheet management for efficient lead tracking and data analysis
  • Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, capable of working independently while contributing to team goals
  • In-depth understanding of the commercial cleaning industry or a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and articulate industry-specific value propositions
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize calls and manage a high volume of leads effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to think on your feet and address client concerns creatively
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement, staying updated on sales techniques and industry trends
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work within designated calling hours for the target geographical area
