Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm (8 paid hours per day) Auckland NZ time.

New Zealand car repair marketplace that operates its own fleet of mobile repairers requiring a sales agent to call leads that have requested a quote  request and follow up on a call to provide the quote (provided from the company's network of experts)  and get them to book in a time for their job.

Softphone VOIP dialler will be provided to call NZ leads.

Must have excellent English and can communicate clearly over a voice call.

Tasks:
  • Call potential clients from car repair quote requests to confirm and book in a scheduled time.
  • Quotes and details for each request will be provided
  • Other customer support tasks as needed.

Agent Background, Experience and Requirements:
  • Clear English (voice sample required)
  • Attention to detail, responding to requests promptly and efficiently
  • Previous experience in a voice/sales, customer support or appointment setter role

Preferred, not mandatory:
  • Automotive Interest or background
  • Familiarity or experience with navigating CRM systems such as Salesforce and scheduling tools.
