Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:  Flexible hours, up to 40 hours per week 1 hr unpaid break * Scheduled induction and training times will be required during Boolaroo, AU Time 8:30AM - 4:00PM


Scope:

  • Route planning for house-to-house deliveries in Australian suburbs
  • Data entry and management of council-provided address records
  • Optimization of delivery routes for efficiency and completeness
  • Scaling operations to handle increasing volumes of addresses
  • Maintaining data integrity throughout the routing process

Responsibilities:

  • Process and route address records for council-wide delivery operations
  • Ensure accurate sequencing of addresses, focusing on left-hand side properties
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry and routing tasks
  • Collaborate with the in-house team to optimize delivery routes
  • Handle large volumes of data, potentially up to 65,000 addresses per suburb
  • Adapt to increasing workloads as the company expands its operations

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry tasks
  • Proficiency in using Excel and other data management tools
  • Ability to understand and follow specific routing instructions
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle large datasets
  • Strong English language skills for clear communication with the team
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
