  • Meticulously reconcile financial transactions using MYOB accounting software, ensuring perfect alignment between our records and bank statements
  • Apply your expertise to accurately categorize diverse income streams, expenses, and liabilities, providing crystal-clear financial insights
  • Take charge of maintaining strict compliance with Australian BAS and GST requirements, safeguarding the business’s regulatory standing
  • Act as a financial detective, identifying and resolving any discrepancies between bank statements and accounting records with keen attention to detail
  • Craft comprehensive financial reports that offer valuable insights for business decision-making and growth strategies
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the business owner and external accountant, serving as a key link in the financial management chain

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience, preferably in a health or service-based industry
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MYOB accounting software, with the ability to navigate and utilize its features effectively
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian tax regulations, particularly BAS and GST requirements, ensuring impeccable compliance
