Job Summary
Work as a subject matter expert in collaboration with a variety of teams to effectively support project deliverables to the customer, create long and short-term full property technology project plans to complete on time and within budget. May include establishing the schedule, targeting milestones, and setting expectations to adhere to project deadlines. Set expectations that deployments and implementations are rolled out with careful due diligence and always focus on quality of work, preventing any potential network failure or re-work actions.
Successful completion of a bachelor’s degree is preferred with a minimum of seven years of customer-facing work experience as a project manager in a similar full property technology position. Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus. Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Projects in Controlled Environments (PRINCE2) certification is a plus. Discipline is required in change control; budget management, and on-time delivery performance. It is critical that PM can decide priorities, optimizing results across the workload and projects.
This is an exempt role and is a member of the Project Management department reporting directly to the Director, Business Operations and Project Management with a work location of Remote.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Manage client relationship including periodic (monthly minimum) project update meetings, change order negotiations, communication, documentation, conflict resolution, business development and customer satisfaction
- Advocates, protects, and champions the Allbridge brand throughout all phases of the project
- Lead all project collaboration meetings with sales, engineering, clients, vendors, and managers
- Effectively manage project revenue and cost control including budgeting, change management, cost forecasting, and procurement
- Manage and collaborate with technology project management team (single point project managers) for scope definition, procurement, installation and start up
- Manage internal project CPM schedule and general contractor’s project schedule
- Manage and coordinate with installation and operations project managers
- Train, manage and mentor assistant project managers in project management processes, systems and methodologies
- Manage all document control including (but not limited to) submittals, meeting minutes, requests for documentation, O&M manuals, close out documents, transmittals, record drawings, as built drawings, change requests, inspection reports, permits, and engineering reporting
- Quality control for system integration and installation
- Coordination of vendor payment process including draw requests, lien release requirements, insurance requirements
- Consistently integrates Allbridge’s core values into their everyday habits by treating all customers, internal and external, professionally, honestly and respectfully
- Accepts ownership and accountability of position responsibilities and strives to deliver results for customers that establish high standards, credibility and quality performance
- Handle complex billing scenarios, reconcile discrepancies, and resolve billing issues in coordination with accounting to address client billing inquiries
- Prepare and submit monthly AIA G702/G703 progress billings
- Ensure all billings comply with contract terms and client requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, environmental design, architecture, or engineering degree. In lieu of a degree, must have 15 years of project management experience in property technology
- At least 4 years of experience as lead project manager on a commercial or multifamily project and over ten (10) years of overall experience in project management, architectural contract administration. Must have expertise in building technologies including data networks, voice networks, surveillance systems, door lock systems and audio systems.
- AIA Billing experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point & MS Project, Outlook and ProCore
