Job description

Job Role: Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: Remote
Job type: Contract
Duration: 6+ Months
Experience Range: 8 - 15 yrs exp

Job Description:
  • Must have skills : Oracle Payroll (Strong), Oracle Talent Management (Strong)
  • Oracle Fusion HCM apps implementation and maintenance.
  • Require at least 8-10 years of techno-functional implementation experience with Oracle Fusion HCM apps
  • Need a person who is strong in following skills - Oracle US Payroll, Compensation and Benefits modules end to end implementation which involves strong technical development over fast formula, HCM extracts, BI reporting, query-based value sets development, Payroll elements customizations etc.
  • Working in various modules of Oracle Fusion HCM like Core HR, Talent Management, Oracle Learning Management, Time and Labor, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Administration like Approval Management, Security Management, Fast Formulas, BPM Management
  • PL/SQL, RDBMS, Oracle Bi-publisher
  • Basic Knowledge of SOAP, REST APIs, web endpoints with respective object operations

Nature of work:
  • Implementing new features in Oracle Fusion HCM different modules as mentioned above
  • Integrating 3rd party systems with Fusion HCM in terms of data and then maintenance of data jobs
  • Supporting the existing setup environment (daily issues and fixes).
  • Desired Modules – a) Payroll technical b) Compensation & Benefits technical
