At Intrepid, we are Real. We know that delivering unforgettable adventures, seamlessly and sustainably, is hard work and requires expert handling. That’s where you come in.

As our Product and Reservations Coordinator, you’ll manage bookings for accommodation, transport, and activities, ensuring every detail is logged accurately and within budget. Whether it’s confirming a reservation or processing a logistics issue, you’ll play a pivotal role in making it happen

You'll also support both our Sales & Customer Service and Reservations teams, delivering accurate feedback and improving processes where needed. Your attention to detail, adaptability, and commitment to excellence will help us keep our travellers—and our suppliers—happy.

This is a full-time permanent position, where you will work in our office in Colombo, Sri Lanka. To provide the best experience to our people, this role would operate in our office with the opportunity to work from home on occasion.

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably with hotel reservations, inbound tour operations and destination management.

  • Experience with handling operations or reservations for inbound tours

  • Proficiency in booking systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

  • Strong knowledge of local and regional travel destinations.

  • Experience with ticketing and reservations processes.

  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
