• Type of Employment: Full-time = 40 hours per week.
• Period of Performance: 17 February 2025 to 31 August 2025 renewable three (3) option years
• Estimate Pay: $35.00 to $37.50

Working Hours:
Work is typically scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. While the schedule may need to be flexible, it will not exceed 40 hours per week or 1400 hours total. The contractor may be occasionally called upon for after-hours as needed.

Mandatory Qualifications

• At least 8 years - Proficiency in ASP.NET Framework.
• At least 8 years - Strong proficiency in MS-SQL database development and management
• At least 7 years - Familiarity with Entity Framework Core for ORM-based database operations.
• At least 6 years - Experience with agile / scrum methodology
• At least 5 years - Proficiency in ASP.NET Core for building RESTful APIs.
• At least 5 years - Proficiency in Angular framework.
• At least 4 years - Basic knowledge of Azure cloud services.
• At least 3 years - Understanding of Azure SQL Database and its features.
• At least 3 years - Leading Five (5) or more State Agency CAPPS Financial Implementations

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 3 years - Familiarity with Angular CLI, Angular Material, and RxJS

Duties/Responsibilities
This will include working with cross-divisional executives, directors and other stakeholders as directed by the CFO to review current TCAPPS business processes which will include but is not limited to:

• Implement and customize and maintain Microsoft .NET Core, .NET Framework applications & Angular front end development.
• Design, develop, and implement solutions in the Microsoft technology including C# Visual Studio, Sql Server (SSMS).
• Develop and maintain Web APIs using .net Core and should have understanding of RESTful APIs.
• Design and maintain DB Schemas and proficient in SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Familiarity with Entity Framework Core for ORM-based database operations.
• Experience with TypeScript, CSS, Javascript and jQuery
• Experience in writing integration tests for APIs and frontend applications as well as unit tests.
• Develop, deploy and manage applications in Azure.
• Design and develop SSRS and crystal reports
• Good communication skills and a team player
