Implementation Consultant

What will I do?
This professional will assist in implementing various components of the program contracted by the client on the Sprinklr platform. Tasks include performing configurations and customizations as defined in the project scope, following guidance from supervisors, collecting data, and assisting in the preparation of analyses for the study and implementation of technological solutions.

Main responsibilities:

• Data collection and analysis for the implementation of technological solutions
• Client support and training for the implementation of contracted services
• Configuration and operation of contracted platforms
• Dashboard and workflow setup
• Conducting tests to ensure project specifications are met

Requirements:

• Completed bachelor's degree
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written (this is essential)
• Ability to solve complex problems and learn quickly
• Passion for solving technical issues and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Ease of working with social media
• Enjoy working with technology
