Hey, I’m Steve, and I oversee the operational backbone of Offline’s restaurant efforts.

We’re looking for a Senior Operations Manager who thrives on creating structure, eliminating bottlenecks, and ensuring processes run smoothly from start to finish.

This role isn’t about selling or content creation—it’s about being the operational glue that holds it all together. You’ll be responsible for the success of key processes, guaranteeing seamless communication, efficiency, and results as Offline scales.

Role Details

As Senior Operations Manager, you’ll work across sales, content fulfillment, and partnerships teams to ensure operational excellence. From lead intake to content delivery, you’ll manage the processes that make Offline successful.

Responsibilities

Operational Oversight:

  • Own and refine the systems that support restaurant acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Eliminate bottlenecks and troubleshoot issues across workflows.
  • Ensure every step of the process—from lead qualification to partner onboarding—is seamless and efficient.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Act as the central liaison across teams, ensuring alignment between sales, partnerships, and content creation.
  • Proactively identify and resolve communication gaps to prevent delays.
  • Maintain a high standard of clarity in updates and handoffs between teams.

Process Management:

  • Oversee lead intake and ensure data accuracy in tools like HubSpot and ClickUp.
  • Monitor content creation and delivery workflows, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
  • Regularly review and optimize workflows for efficiency and scalability.

Performance Tracking:

  • Use tools like dashboards and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on the status of operational processes.

Experience Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, process management, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, ClickUp, or similar platforms is highly desirable.

Location and hours

  • We're looking for someone based in the Philippines who will be working on Eastern Standard Time in the US.
  • Offline's headquarters is located in Raleigh, North Carolina.
  • We're open to scheduling periodic travel for this role to build relationships with our US team.
