As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will serve as a technical reference for the team, providing guidance and expertise in backend development best practices. You will be responsible for important evolutions of our products in terms of scalability (it's a global product!)  and product evolution to address main customers demands and market opportunities. Your contributions will directly impact the success and global growth of our organization, making this a truly exciting opportunity.

About the Team

This is a new initiative where you’ll play a pivotal role in redefining the financial processes and shaping the future of automation. You will take on the exciting challenge of automating manual and semi-automated functionalities for financial teams, with a key focus on addressing the needs of the Billing team. Your work will directly impact efficiency and scalability, driving smarter workflows and seamless operations.

Who You Are

• You can effectively communicate in English and Portuguese. English is really important in this team!
• You have experience in building backend systems for large-scale applications.
• You have demonstrated experience in a technical guidance capacity, successfully guiding project teams and establishing strategic technical direction;
• You are proficient in multiple programming languages.
• You have a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams.
• You thrive in dynamic environments and find them energizing.
