Job description

Automations Engineer

The target hiring range for this position is $86,000-$94,000.

Position Summary:

The Automations Engineer, II will partner with function leaders and collaborators to define their automation strategy and vision. Working with the functions the Automations Engineer, II will design the technical architecture for automation solutions. They will analyze and evaluate existing processes for gaps in order to recommend improvements or to create automations that will improve/enhance functionality. You will work closely with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Leads cross-functional teams to document business processes, recommend changes, and implement those automations.
  • Design, develop, and configure RPA bots using UiPath.
  • Provides support to functions that have automated solutions by understanding root cause to correct defects.
  • Strides to gain knowledge of functional areas and assigned operations to document potential automation solutions.
  • Provide full gap and risk analysis for requested automation processes changes and enhancements.
  • Create processes, and procedures that improve the use of the automated system.
  • Work with functional leads to generate scenarios, acceptance of testing plans, implementation, and adoption of changes.
  • Implements, trains, and manages the successful implementation of the automated process.
  • Deploy and integrate RPA bots into production environments, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption.
    Qualifications and Education Requirements:
    • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field is required.
    • A minimum of three years of experience in in RPA development and implementation.
    • Demonstrated, real-life experience in RPA.
    • Demonstrated experience in evaluating and analyzing systems.
    • Knowledge of RPA systems, including real-world experience with UIPath.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience with process analysis, design, and documentation.
    • Knowledge of database concepts, APIs, and web services.
    • Previous successful remote work experience.
    • Able to process many different projects at one time.
