Job description

Director of Solutions

The target hiring range for this position is $125,800-$136,900.

Position Summary:

The Director of Solutions is a strategic leadership role responsible for directing the function, overseeing account managers, and ensuring alignment of systems, processes, and customer management systems (CMS) with the division's goals and strategies. This position also holds accountability for generating and maintaining comprehensive reports to support data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency. The role directs the ongoing process of partner development and achievement, ensuring alignment between partner needs and Nightingale's mission of transforming healthcare education and workforce development while monitoring financial and business effectiveness.

Role and Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement strategies to align the solutions function with the organization’s overarching goals.
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to regional account managers to achieve revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational objectives.

Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-impact team of account managers.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure accountability for achieving individual and team objectives.

Process and System Alignment:

  • Ensure Hub Spot and other systems, workflows, and processes are optimized and align with divisional goals and strategies.
  • Collaborate to continuously improve the function’s relationship with other collaborators.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Oversee the implementation of customer relationship strategies to strengthen client partnerships and improve customer engagement.
  • Address escalated client issues and ensure swift resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.

Data and Reporting:

  • Oversee the preparation of detailed reports and analyses to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to guide strategic decisions.

Compliance and Governance:

  • Ensure all processes comply with the organization's Core 7 framework and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote a culture of growth mindset, transparency, and responsibility within the team to build a high-impact community.
  • Manage function’s budget and collaborate with executive leadership in the annual tactical and budget review cycle.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
    • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in account management, solutions management, or a related role, including 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
    • Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and achieving business objectives.
    • Strong understanding of CMS tools and the ability to align technology with business strategies.
    • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with a focus on actionable insights.

    All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah. The College will pay for travel and lodging accommodations.
