Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned, trusted and reliable Project Management Lead who combines rock solid project management, experience, talent, as well as multi-dimensional and critical thinking skills to strategically support our web evolution and operations efforts and extensive cross-functional collaboration.
What we are looking for in an ideal candidate:
A professional Project Manager with a proven track record of leading cross-functional website transformation, evolution and operational projects while meticulously, accurately and strategically planning them from ideation to execution while delivering measurable business results
Coordinate both redesign and content update efforts between the web development, UX, SEO, analytics and stakeholder teams while ensuring that timelines, QA and KPIs are met
Strategically lead and manage the entire project lifecycle for website experience initiatives, including stakeholder alignment, sprint planning, and post-launch analysis
Experience and skills:
Strategically collaborate with web development, UX, SEO, analytics and other Marketing and cross-functional teams to achieve maximum quality, efficiency, and customer/business impact
Leverage Agile and/or Scrum principles, methodologies and workflows, including participating and leading sprint planning for website projects, leading retros for process and project management optimization
The compensation range reflects the Company’s good faith belief at the time of posting. 8x8 has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location. Further, individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience, knowledge, success, education and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including discretionary merit increases, bonus and/or stock. Certain roles have the opportunity to earn sales variable compensation incentives based on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
