Position Title
Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and forward-thinking Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing timelines, implementing, and maintaining complex systems to support business operations. Work closely with the project lead, developers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the system meets the needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background with experience in printed circuit board fabrication, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate efforts across multiple teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Develop detailed project timelines, ensuring all engineering tasks and deliverables are properly scheduled and aligned with the project’s overall timeline.
- Collaborate with the Project Lead to update and adjust timelines based on progress, scope changes, and any unforeseen challenges.
- Track project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on schedule.
- Analyze the needs of the organization and develop a system that meets those needs, Develop and implement system architecture, ensure that the system is reliable, secure, and scalable
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate different components of the system
- Test and evaluate the system to ensure that it meets the requirements of the organization, Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the development and implementation of the system
- Provide technical guidance and support to end-users
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Knowledge of system architecture and design principles, Experience with system integration and testing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to travel as needed to support multi-site collaboration efforts

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; or at least 5 years work experience in lieu of educational requirement.
- 2+ years with a Bachelor’s degree or 0+ years with a Master’s degree in engineering project execution or a related field
- Working knowledge of Printed Circuit Board fabrication and Front End Engineering systems preferred
- Proven record of having delivered automation solutions to streamline/improve manual processes and achieve efficiency in the manipulation, processing or analysis of complex data

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
