As a Junior QA Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the testing process to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. You will work closely with the development team, senior QA engineers, and other stakeholders to identify, report, and track defects, as well as verify fixes. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute test plans and manual test cases

  • Identify, document, and track software defects using tracking tools.

  • Submit and track any product issues found during testing to ensure that they are resolved

  • Provide input to the daily project status report for each assigned project

  • Reproduce issues when necessary in order to assist software development in resolving issues

  • Provide feedback for continuous test improvement

  • Identify, isolate, and document bugs clearly and concisely in a bug tracker in English

  • Identify, analyze and describe any production related issues

  • Research and suggest new practices and technologies

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance or related field

  • Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.

  • Familiarity with testing types (e.g., functional, regression, performance, etc.).

  • Experience with bug tracking tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or similar.

  • Knowledge of SQL and scripting languages is a plus.

  • Familiarity with automation testing tools like Selenium is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effective
