Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Net React Developer with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The role is based in our Coimbatore office and requires a deep understanding of software development to create and maintain high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate will be a key contributor in driving innovation and efficiency, embracing modern web technologies while working in a collaborative environment to meet the needs of our global clients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET Core, C#, and React.js to deliver robust, high-quality applications.
• Proficient in JavaScript ES6+, leveraging modern JavaScript features for building scalable and maintainable applications.
• Experience with Entity Framework for data access with a comprehensive understanding of execution plans and performance tuning.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, ensuring type safety and scalability in developing large-scale applications.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and hands-on experience in integrating them to provide seamless, responsive user experiences.
• Understanding of Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, version control, and effective project management.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Must have a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to delivering quality work on time, maintaining the highest standards of excellence.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications using .NET Core and React.js, ensuring application performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, aligning with customer needs and industry standards.
• Analyze and resolve technical and application problems, ensuring system quality through well-designed, clean code.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural discussions and decision-making processes.
• Participate in agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure high standards of quality through automated tests, mocking, and support regression testing and user acceptance testing.
