Job description

We are an iGaming company that was founded more than 4 years ago by a group of passionate professionals, and today we are 1300+ people!

We have 10 own brands that are very popular among customers and are focused on Tier 1-3 countries.

Key tasks:

  • Development and implementation of brand strategy;

  • Brand adaptation for local markets;

  • Coordination of cross-functional marketing projects;

  • Market monitoring and competitor analysis;

  • Quality control of all marketing materials;

  • Control of SMM, Design, PR;

  • SOV share increase.


Responsibilities:

Development and implementation of brand strategy:

  • Creating brand concepts, developing communication strategies and creative briefs for internal teams and external contractors.

  • Maintaining a unified style in all marketing materials and communications.

    Adapting the brand to local markets:

  • Adjusting strategy and communications to the cultural and behavioral characteristics of the target audience in Mexico and other LATAM geo .

    Managing the PR, SMM and Design teams:

  • Coordinating the work of these teams to ensure that all activities and materials meet brand standards.

  • Quality control of creatives, approving designs and visual concepts, partially acting as Art Director.

    Develop and execute advertising campaigns and promotions:

  • Ideation and creation of advertising campaigns, promotions and client activities, as well as working with production.

  • Implementing loyalty programs and participating in the creation of special offers to increase customer loyalty.

    Launching integrations and collaborations with partners:

  • Developing partnerships and conducting joint promotions with external partners.

  • Preparing and conducting presentations and brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas.

    Monitoring and analyzing the market and competitors:

  • Researching the market and studying competitors' strategies to respond to changes in a timely manner and implement improvements to the brand strategy.

    Quality control of all marketing materials:

  • Checking that materials meet brand standards, managing creative projects, creating guidelines for style and tone of communications.

    Working with external contractors and production:

  • Collaborate with external agencies and contractors to implement advertising campaigns and other brand activities.

  • Project management for creating promotional materials and monitoring their compliance with brand standards.

    Reporting and analyzing the effectiveness of branding activities:

  • Evaluating the results of campaigns and activities, providing reports and recommendations for further brand development.


Experience and skills required:

  • Experience as a brand manager or brand strategist: Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in agencies or iGaming.

  • Portfolio of successful projects: Cases of creating brand strategies and advertising campaigns.

  • Experience of working with production and developing partnerships: Successful experience in launching integrations and collaborations.

  • Skills in developing communication and creative strategies: Ability to create briefs, deliver presentations and manage the creative process.

  • Team and project management experience: Coordinating PR, SMM and design to ensure compliance with brand standards.

  • Knowledge of LATAM local markets: Ability to adapt strategies to the cultural and behavioral characteristics of the region.

  • English at Upper-Intermediate level and above: To work with international partners and customize content.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in the iGaming industry or with highly competitive niches.

  • Understanding of the Mexico and Latin America region.

  • Creative approach and art director skills.
