Job description

Job Purpose
The COO of Massive Rocket is the operational mastermind behind our success. You'll partner with the CEO to execute the company's ambitious growth strategy, doubling the business year-over-year. Your ability to orchestrate flawless daily operations and drive strategic initiatives is essential to scaling our data and CRM agency.
This role demands expertise in optimizing processes, managing teams, and translating the CEO's vision into reality. With a laser focus on efficiency and results, you'll ensure Massive Rocket operates seamlessly, empowering us to achieve our aggressive expansion goals.

Responsibilities
Translation into Action: Collaborate closely with the CEO to develop and implement actionable plans, driving the company's strategic roadmap towards exponential growth.
Overseeing Operations: Own the day-to-day management of Massive Rocket, overseeing projects, teams, and resource allocation. Ensure operational excellence across all departments.
Process Optimization: Relentlessly analyze and streamline processes for maximum efficiency. Identify bottlenecks, implement solutions, and continuously seek improvements.
Performance Management: Implement KPI tracking and reporting systems to monitor results against goals. Drive accountability and foster a data-driven culture.
Leadership and Development: Guide, mentor, and develop team members, building a high-performance workforce aligned with achieving growth targets.
Establishing senior presence in the US region for Prospects, Customers, Partners and the team.
Financial Reporting: Collaborate with the CEO on financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring alignment with growth objectives.

Experience
- +10 years agency background
- Experience in a C-level role in a 100-300 people services business
- Proven track record of operational excellence in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset, ability to balance long-term vision with tactical execution.
- Exceptional leadership skills: ability to motivate, inspire, and align teams towards common goals.
- Data-driven decision-making and a passion for using metrics to drive improvement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working closely with Senior Leaders on Customer, Partner and Delivery sides.
