Role Name: Lead Generation Specialist

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Description

We’re seeking a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our client’s growing team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of connecting homeowners with premium renovation services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to blend sales expertise with relationship building, as you’ll identify and engage with potential clients who are looking to transform their homes. You’ll work with modern communication tools and databases to reach out to qualified prospects in the Sydney market.

Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential clients interested in home renovations within the Sydney metropolitan area
  • Conduct targeted outreach campaigns through email and messaging platforms
  • Maintain and update lead databases with detailed contact information and interaction history
  • Track and report on outreach activities and lead generation metrics
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria and requirements
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients through professional communication
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads


Requirements
  • Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong ability to build rapport and engage effectively with potential clients
  • Proficiency in using email platforms and digital communication tools
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Understanding of the Australian market and home renovation industry is a plus
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work
